POWERPLAY TOURNAMENT

PAYMENT OPTIONS
 
ONLINE PAYMENT
  • You may choose to pay the Guelph Powerplay Tournament Fees, immediately through a fully secured service operated by Internet Secure. You may select Visa, MasterCard, Amex and or Discovery by choosing the Credit Card Payment Option.
CHEQUE
  • If you did not select the online payment option then you may pay your tournament fees by cheque.
     
  • Cheques must reach our offices within 1 week from time of registration or your spot will be opened to the next in line registrant. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
     
  • Acceptance into the tournament will not be provided until the cheque has been cashed.
     
  • Any NSF fees will be the responsibility of the registrant.
     
  • There will be no cheques taken one month before the first day of tournament. Therefore only Online Credit Card Payment will be available for participants.
     
  • Please make cheques payable to "Guelph Minor Hockey Association"
     
  • Please drop, deliver or mail your cheque to:

REFUND POLICY
  • Refunds will be issued in form of a cheque.
     
  • Refunds will be issued after a written (email) request is made based upon the following:
    • Full refund less $50.00 administration fee, for requests received 2 months before the first day of the tournament.
    • No refund will be given, for requests received within the 2 months before the first day of the tournament.
     
  • Please submit your refund request to:

  • Please allow approximately 3 weeks for processing from time of notification.

ACCEPTANCE POLICY
 
  • If paying by credit card, after you have completed your payment, the system will automatically email you a confirmation email. This confirmation does not represent acceptance into the tournament.
     
  • You will receive an acceptance or denial email that will be sent to you by once the tournament chair has received the funds, and reviewed your application. For credit card payments, this email will come up to 72 hours after both receipt of funds and completion of registration.
