Guelph Minor Hockey does not accept partial payments. This means once all your paperwork and monies are together that sum to the total registration amount please then come to the office.
GMHA does offer a subsidized amount for eligible players. Eligibility is coordinated through the Guelph Food Bank. Participants must adhere to the Guelph Food Bank's eligibility criteria.

GMHA is pleased that the sporting community has many associations that assist eligible children with organized sports. To assist your search we have offered some local associations in Ontario. If you are eligible please be sure that cheques are made payable to the "Guelph Minor Hockey Association".

This season, in co-operation with the Guelph Food Bank, GMHA is pleased to offer a portion of the registration fee subsidized for City of Guelph eligible hockey players. Eligibility is coordinated through the Guelph Food Bank. Participants must adhere to the Guelph Food Bank's eligibility criteria. “KidSport™ Ontario	Provides financial assistance in the form of a grant to an athlete between the ages of 6 and 18, to help him or her pay for registration fees and/or purchase equipment. Grants range in value from $50 to $250, and may be applied towards the participation in any sport activity that is affiliated with the sportalliance. For your convenience if you are seeking subsidized fee arrangements complete the following steps:

Step 1. Register ONLINE - you must complete registration and select the option to "Pay by money order"

Step 2. Contact your sponsor, agency to seek for assistance. Have the Sponsor or Association that assists you makes their cheque payable to "Guelph Minor Hockey Association"

Step 3. Email subsidy@guelphminorhockey.com and notify them of your circumstances so that your child's spot will be held.

Step 4. Keep on top of your subsidy request - If you have not heard back from the agency or sponsor you contacted within 3 business days. Contact them.

Step 5. Once all your paperwork and monies are together that sum to the total registration amount please then please bring them to the office.
