Volunteers are the heart and sole of any organization and GMHA is no exceptions. Guelph Minor Hockey Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the membership opportunity to put motions forward and also to vote for new board of director positions.

2017 GMHA AGM
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 8, 2017 with registration beginning at 6:30 pm and meeting to begin at 7:00 pm. Meeting will take place at the Evergreen Community Centre at 683 Woolwich Street, Guelph, ON.
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join the board. We are accepting nominations for the Vice President, Director of Rep Hockey and 2-4 Directors at Large. Should you be interested in learning more please do not hesitate to contact anyone on the Board of Directors. All nominations MUST be received by the GMHA Secretary (Tim Davison) prior to Monday April 24, 2017.
Each year during the AGM members of the Guelph Minor Hockey Association have an opportunity to bring forward a motion to change a bylaw. Please find below the link to the form that is required for putting a motion to the members for voting. If have any questions please contact Tim Davison.
