Peewee A team went to the March Meltdown Tournament in Toronto to defend
their Championship title and did just that!
The Junior Gryphs went an impressive 6-0 to become back to back winners. A true team effort with everybody contributing. The path to the championship included: a 7-1 Win over the host Avalanche, 6-0 over Goulding Park, 2-1 over West Mall, 1-0 over Richmond Hill. In the Semi-finals Guelph faced West Mall again and won in a shootout, 3-2 that saw 10 shooters per side before it was decided. Guelph beat Halton Hills in the finals 5-0.
