Peewee AA bring home the Rock n' Roll Cup
The Guelph Gryphons Peewee AA brought home top honours from the Rock n' Roll Cup in Cleveland, Ohio with a perfect 5-0 record.They beat the Hamburg Hawks in the first game 10-0 followed by the Tonawanda Lightning 5-1 in game two. Saturday saw the Gryphons win over Mentor Cardinals 4-0 to head to the semi-finals. In the first semifinal on Sunday, they beat Hamburg Hawks again with a score of 5-0. Meeting Sarnia Sting in the finals, the Gryphons were able to secure the tournament win with a 6-1 victory.
