    Lucas Cross - Gold Medal Game
    # 8 Lucas Cross reads what appears to be a set play from the face off in Guelph's zone. At the drop of the puck, centre Ritchie draws the puck back to Gavin Bruce as Lucas is streaking thru the face off circle. Lucas busts up the left side of the ice to get the lose puck. Lucas buries the puck over the left shoulder of the Arnprior goalie with a wrist shot.

    #91 Brett Laplaunte feeds the puck to #17 Jared Gaudette in the corner. Jared feeds #71 Mackenzie Breese for a low shot on net. The Arnprior goalie lets out a big rebound into the high slot where Brett lays into it, beating the goaltender low glove side.

    Jared Gaudette - Gold Medal Game - Game Winning Goal
    In Tournament fashion, overtime can be one of the most nail biting and exciting experiences. This goal was exactly that. In the 4th overtime period, #17 Jared Gaudette faced off against Arnprior's #15, Mitchell Ross. At centre ice at puck drop, Mitchel pushed the puck past Gaudette and went in on a breakaway. Goalie Sachi Wijekoon came up big with a sprawling save to deny the Arprior team from winning the gold. Picking up the lose puck, young Gaudette maneuvered his way past the defender and in on a breakaway. Wrist shot, blocker side to win the Gold medal for the Guelph Jr. Gryphons Bantam AE!!
