The Gryphons continued to challenge the Dundas Blues by scoring another goal in the 2nd and continued to lead the game 3-2 at the end of the 2nd. The Gryphons overpowered the Blues in the 3rd scoring another 3 goals to win the game 6-3. A shout out goes out to Alex Chappel who had a hat trick!!! Gryphon additional scorers were Ayden Lamorea, Tyler Kelly and Jonathan Berthiaume. Great assists from Nick Clayton, Banin Howden and Jake Annis helped contribute to the Gryphon goals. Gryphon goalies Anderson Mau and Trenton Goode both had great games and made some remarkable saves! It was a great team effort by all that made it possible for the BIG WIN!!!

On Friday the Gryphons played the Erin Hillsburgh Devils losing 4-3. It was a very close game with a number of great scoring chances at the end of the 3rd to try and tie it up. Gryphon goal scorers; Jake Annis, Cole Gibson and Jaxson Shields. Gryphons assists; Tyler Kelly, Reid McDonald and Royce Lin. Despite the loss, the Gryphons made a number of great passing plays, had two great penalty kills and the defence were all over the Devils back-checking and winning battles making the game a "nail bitter" up until the end of the 3rd.

Today the Gryphons played the Erin Hillsburgh Devils again looking for the opportunity to come away with a win. It was 0-0 going into the 3rd as both teams were determined not to let the other score. With only a few mins into the 3rd, the Gryphons scored the 1st goal of the game by Jake Annis assisted by Reid McDonald and Andrew Brown. Unfortunately an lucky goal allowed the Devils to tie up the game which ended in a 1-1 tie. A shout out goes out to Austyn Lamorea, Jamie Newton and Aiden Wamboldt who made a number of great passes, won battles and fought hard to keep the scoring chances to a minimum.
