PeeWee Finalist - Ace Bailey Tournament
The PeeWee AE hockey team kepted their great start to the season rolling this weekend in Stoney Creek at the 32nd Annual Ace Bailey Tournament taking home silver.
Finishing the round robin play 3 - 1 and facing a strong West London Hawks team in the semi finals, the gyrphons out battled London coming out on top with a 3 - 1 win.
The championship game against Whitby Wildcats was an instant TSN Classic, with incredible 3rd period of action. The game finished in a 4 - 4 tie in regulation, Gryphons could not pull it out in sudden death overtime.
Parents and coaches are proud of the effort, committment and continued development of the players. Congratulations to the PeeWee AE team.
