I acknowledge that payment is required prior to the powerplay commit providing me an assigned area within a facility. In addition the PowerPlay commit reserves the right to change my assigned area prior to the tournament first game start due to unforeseen circumstances.
I acknowledge that the Guelph PowerPlay Commit has authorization to share the information i've provided in the form with the City of Guelph Staff. The information will be used to determine the best location for tournament weekend based on multiple factors including safety and City By-Law and policies.
I acknowledge that the Guelph Powerplay, Guelph Minor Hockey, Guelph City are not responsible or liable for any property or theft that may occur during the weekend. In additions there is No guarantee of overnight storage in any of the facilities. The Commit will not refund any registration fee due to lack of vendor sales. I acknowledge that as a vendor I will follow the direction given by the Guelph City facility staff throughout the weekend.
