To submit your application, please complete the entire form online using the provided link 2024-2025 Rep Coach Application Link. Please note that we will only accept applications submitted through this online platform and will not consider applications sent via email.
Ensure you complete all mandatory questions marked with an asterisk. Additionally, prepare a one-page Coaching Philosophy/Coaching Motivation, Hockey Resume, and an age-appropriate 50-minute practice plan in PDF format. The application form will prompt you to attach these documents with your name (e.g., Connor McDavid - Practice Plan). You will receive an email confirmation upon successful submission.
TRYOUT DETAILS
Tryouts are scheduled to begin following the OHF Championship Weekend, which is set for April 19-21, 2024. Tryout dates for each level are as follows:
U14, U15, & U16
AAA: Monday, April 22, 2024
AA: Monday, April 29, 2024
A: Monday, May 6, 2024
BB: Monday, May 13, 2024
U10, U11, U12 & U13
AAA: Saturday, April 20, 2024
AA: Saturday, April 27, 2024
A: Saturday, May 4, 2024
BB: Saturday, May 11, 2024

2024-25 GMHA REGISTRATION DETAILS
