2017-2018 Minor Bantam Division - First Place for the Minor Bantam Red Devils!
Submitted By Leah Scott on Monday, November 6, 2017
The Minor Bantam (House League) Red Devils took first place and won the trophy in the Bradford Bulldogs Blue and Gold tournament this past weekend!

After some early game times and lots of driving to arenas all over Simcoe County the team beat the Oakville Lynx 2-0, the Oakville Rangers 3-1, the Oakville Vikings 2-0 then beat the Vikings again in the championship game 2-1.

Under head coach David Neufeld, and assistant coaches Abe Phillips and Murray Saramak the team includes: June McCormick (goalie), Wes DiCarlo, Ryan Plat, Derek Tutt, Josh Phillips, Jack Saramak, RJ Baker, Curtis Bauman, Blake Beausoleil, Zachary Scott, Solomon Neufeld, Nate O'Donnell, Loest Van Heerden, Edward Jennings, Zach Tyo, Jackson Markwood and Ivan Ricketts.

Great job to all the kids and special thanks to all the parents for all their driving, endless support and loud cheering, and dedication to hockey.
