Segment #2 - Refund Process Update

GMHA Members,

Thank you for your patience this season. We have been discussing at length the best process to issue refunds, and we wanted to confirm some details prior to issuing a communication.

We are happy to let you know that for those eligible for a refund, we will have a cheque mailed out to you by early April.

We have pro-rated the appropriate credit amount based on the following factors:

  1. The program your child was enrolled in and amount paid.
  2. Remaining sessions for that program.
  3. Participation within GMHA Stage Red Programming.


We’ve made the decision to pay everyone their outstanding balance rather than carry through to the next season as the Hockey Canada enrolment system will be changing in the spring.


Again, we appreciate your patience on this as we engage in a lengthy process to fulfill these refunds.
