Our AGM is July 14th. Here is what you need to know.

to register. You MUST register by July 11th, 2020 at 11:59PM EAST to attend. You will receive an email confirming your registration and details of how to access our AGM.
Please Note: When you attend the virtual AGM you will be required to provide your name and email. You will need to use the same email address you used when you registered as a 2020-21 GMHA member. The 2020-21 Board Members in attendance will have audio and video. All other attendees will not. They will however be able to share comments and ask questions via the messaging system.
During the AGM, we will be using an online voting system: Survey & Ballot Systems. You will be provided the appropriate links and information to vote 1-2 days prior to the AGM. This information will be sent via email and text to the information you provide when registering to attend the AGM.
IMPORTANT: In regards to voting, the proxy holder will cast one vote and all of their proxy votes will be applied to that vote. You can find the proxy form below. The appointed scrutineer (appointed at the AGM) will collect the votes and tally them. The scrutineer will also be ensuring that all votes came from registered GMHA members.
