RESULTS
  1. MOTION to appoint Bryan Smith as GMHA's 2020-21 Annual General Meeting Scrutineer.

    Add clauses: 5.1.3; 5.1.4; 5.3.3; 

    Delete original clause: 5.3.2 (to be replace with renumbered 5.3.1 above); 5.5.1; 8.1.3, 8.2.1(c),  

    Renumber: clause 5.3.3 to 5.3.1  

  10. MOTION to approve the amendment to clause 5.1.2 changing the post of Past President from Voting to Non-Voting member 
  11. MOTION to approve the amendment or addition of clauses related to ineligibility to serve as a member of the Board as follows:
    Amend clauses: 5.4.1, 5.4.2

    Add clauses: 5.2.1(g), 5.2.1(h), 5.2.1(i), 5.6.1(f) 

  12. MOTION to approve amendments and additions to clauses related to voting procedure or declaring conflict of interest as follows:
    Amend clause 6.6.1, 6.7.3

    Add clauses 6.7.1(c) 

  13. MOTION to approve amendments to clauses related to general Board procedure and process as follows:
    Amend clauses: 6.10.1, 6.11.1, 6.12.1, 7.1.6

  14. MOTION to approve the amendment to clause 8.2.2 regarding the replacement of executive members of the Board.
