GMHA is looking for Head Coach applicants for the 2023-24 Season!

2023-2024 Rep Coach Application
APPLY BY MAY 14, 2023!
Questions with an asterisk are mandatory. Please have your one-page Coaching Philosophy/Coaching Motivation, Hockey Resume and an age appropriate 50 min practice plan ready. Provide these documents in either a word or pdf format, as the form will request you to attach. Ensure you have your files as your name (ie: Connor McDavid - Practice Plan). You will receive an email back once submitted as verification that the application has been received.
After the application deadline, the following criteria will be used to complete the coaching application for existing coaches:
1. Eligibility based on our Rules of Operation
2. Parent and Player Survey results
3. Development Team Survey results
4. Commitment to our Development program
5. Years of coaching the same age group
GMHA will again use an independent professional group of individuals coming from sports, hockey and HR backgrounds to form the Coach Selection Committee (CSC). They are nonpartisan, non-board members and are not GMHA employees. Coaching interviews will begin shortly after the application deadline, however, not all applicants may receive an interview.
