November 24th PD Day Skills Clinic
The University of Guelph’s Men’s Varsity Ice Hockey program has announced a PD Day Skills Clinic for November 24th.

The Men’s Varsity Ice Hockey program is offering this clinic in partnership with Power Edge Pro (PEP), a skill development program that combines a variety of motor functions into a fast-paced training environment using specialized equipment.

 

Players skate in, around and over obstacles while maintaining control of the puck at high speed. Training sessions challenge players to combine multiple skills in fast-paced environment, providing a high number of repetitions in a challenging environment.

This elite development training is intended for players at the Advanced Development Program, Select and Rep levels from U10 to U13 age groups.

 

Instruction is provided by Gryphons Men’s hockey players alongside PEP Lead Instructor Dylan Warford who works with players of all levels including pros, major junior, and college.
