The Special Meeting is being held to vote on proposed new by-laws. The proposed new by-laws include new requirements under Ontario’s Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) as well as some other updates that are aligned with other sports associations.

LOCATION: University of Guelph – Studio Room 3213: 50 Stone Road East. Guelph, ON, CA N1G 2W1
HOW TO ACCESS STUDIO ROOM 3213
Parking - Park in the Guelph University Arena Parking Lot
Directions to Studio Room 3213:
- Go into main lobby of the Athletic Centre
- Set of stairs on the right-hand side, as you walk into the Larry Pearson Lobby
- Follow them up to the 3rd Floor
- 3213 will be the room on your left as you go through the door at the top of the stairs.

2024-25 By-Law Information Session Sign-Up
-We are hosting an information session for members to receive an educational session on the proposed by-law changes and ask questions about them before the Special Meeting. Please sign up for this meeting to learn more about the changes.
-This information will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024 from 7-8PM at the GMHA Offices.
