Concussion Education Training
Once again, in partnership with Shift Concussion Management, Guelph Minor Hockey Association is providing free education sessions for team trainers, coaches and any interested GMHA volunteer or parent. The training is essential for continued awareness and improved recognition and treatment of concussions across all age groups.

Scott Haller, Owner and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner at Shift Concussion Management, will conduct two online training opportunities in the month of September. Simply join the google meet links provided below to attend the training sessions.

Concussion Policy revisions, including Mandatory Baseline Concussion Assessments, commenced in the 2024-25 hockey season. Players U14 and older on Representative Teams (AAA, AA, A & B), are required to attend for baseline concussion assessments.
 
Information regarding the scheduling of baseline concussion assessments for teams will be communicated within the next week
