REPORTING a SUSPENSION
Reporting a suspension is to be used by ALL Guelph rep teams for all suspensions. Teams MUST report suspensions for ALL games played which include regular season, tournaments, exhibition games & playoffs. This form MUST be completed within 24 hours of your game being completed. Once the form is completed the Director of Rep will received a notification automatically. Refer to the rep. manual for any questions.
