Injury Reporting
All injuries must be reported immediately to Hockey Canada and GMHA by the Team Trainer. When a player or team member (including but not limited to coaches and on-ice volunteers) is injured during sanctioned play or events such as on ice practices and games, dryland practice or travel to/from sanctioned events, an injury report must be completed. Injuries not related to a sanctioned GMHA activity should also be reported to ensure safe return to play procedures are supported and followed.
