I am excited and motivated by the opportunity to coach this team.  I believe Minor Hockey can play a large role in shaping a persons character for years to come.  My coaching philosophy is one that is both focused and intentional, meaning that players will be given specific and tailored training in order to promote personalized growth, while also learning the values of being part of a team.  I aim to foster an environment that is positive and fun for the players, while still maintaining the core expectations and requirements of playing Hockey at a high level.
