Programming Update - Dec 31st
As we begin to turn the page on 2021, we look ahead to 2022 with the hopes that it will resemble a more normal year for us all.   In that spirt, we are moving forward with our programming for the second half of the minor hockey season as planned.

Those families with players in the rep program (AAA-AE) will likely already be seeing updates to those calendars as practices and AA-AE games are being populated.  To reduce the potential COVID-19 exposure across teams, the use of APs is not allowed until otherwise communicated.

House league programming will be resuming as per the original schedules.

On December 30th, the Ontario Government issued updated guidelines on what to do if you are exposed to COVID-19.  This includes updates to isolation timelines and testing protocols, please familiarize yourself with these new guidelines.

As per prior communications, proof of vaccinations is now required for players 12 years and older participating in our programs.

Effective January 4, 2022, enhanced vaccine and exemption certificates with the QR code are required when entering recreation facilities. If you have not yet already done so, you can download your easy to access QR code on the provincial website.

With reduced contact tracing capacity, diligent self-assessment and responsible decision making about whether or not your player should attend an event is even more critical as we enter the second half of the minor hockey season. If unsure, please err on the side of caution, other families will thank you.

Have a Happy New Year.
