Below are all the details you will need to attend our AGM on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 7PM

The 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held in-person this year.

Location: 

University of Guelph - Studio Room 3213: 

50 Stone Road East. Guelph, ON, CA N1G 2W1

HOW TO ACCESS STUDIO ROOM 3213

Parking - Park in the Guelph University Arena Parking Lot

Directions to Studio Room 3213:

• Go into main lobby of the Athletic Centre
• Set of stairs on the right-hand side, as you walk into the Larry Pearson Lobby
• Follow them up to the 3rd Floor
• 3213 will be the room on your left as you go through the door at the top of the stairs.
