Thank you for submitting your refund request.
Here are the steps in how your refund request will be handled:
- Your request has been sent to our finance team.
- Your submission will be reviewed by GMHA.
- Once approved, our finance team will have a cheque issued.
- Appointed signers from the GMHA Board will need to sign your cheque.
- Once completed, our finance team will have your cheque mailed to the address you provided in your submission.
- The process typically takes 2-3 weeks. It may take longer during the busy season.
