Thank you for submitting your refund request.

Here are the steps in how your refund request will be handled:
  1. Your request has been sent to our finance team.
  2. Your submission will be reviewed by GMHA.
  3. Once approved, our finance team will have a cheque issued.
  4. Appointed signers from the GMHA Board will need to sign your cheque.
  5. Once completed, our finance team will have your cheque mailed to the address you provided in your submission.
  6. The process typically takes 2-3 weeks. It may take longer during the busy season.
