Mouthguard clinic
The GMHA is very pleased to invite you to take advantage
of our Association sponsored mouth guard clinic being offered by Parada
Dentures and Progressive Dental Hygiene.
> Parada & ProDH will be hosting a week long
fitting clinic which will run on Saturday Sept. 6th and Sunday Sept. 7th
(10:00am-4:00pm) and Monday through Friday Sept. 8th through 12th
(6:00-9:00pm).
> Two levels of mouth guards will be offered (both
levels include mouth guard cases):
> 1) Regular (5ply PolyShoK Technology) for $40
2) Pro-form™ Mouth guard for $45> Parada and ProDH will be donating $5 from each mouth guard purchased back to the GMHA to help defray costs for our GMHA particpants.> > Typical turnaround time to have your mouth guard back will be 4-5 days from the day your fitting appointment takes place.> > To book your clinic fitting please call the clinic directly at 519-766-1113.> Clinic fittings will be 10minutes in duration and will take place at Parada Dentures & ProDH offices.> They are located at:> 261 Edinburgh Rd.
