Atom, 2015-2016, U16 (Guelph Minor Hockey Association)

Atom Select team goes undefeated to win the Canada Cup in Montreal (Feb 12-14th) beating Uxbridge in the finals 3 - 1.  This is the third tournament championship for the team this season.  Congratulations to the boys, your commitment to playing as a team and efforts to develop your skills continue to pay dividends.  Enjoy the championship and all the memories that come with it. To the parents, thank you for your support and trust.   

Congratulations to the Atom Select team winning the 2015-2016 Chedoke Winter Classic in Hamilton, Ontario.  The team was undefeated through the tournament proving once again the strength of this group of players.  Their ability to out work, out skate and out battle the competition continues to improve month after month.  Out scoring there opponents 34-4 over the 5 games. Parents and coaching staff are very proud of efforts of the boys.  

Over the last few weeks the Atom Select team has been busy fundraising. Thank you to all those who attended our Pancake Breakfast hosted by the Holiday Inn on Stone Road.  Kendra and her team did an amazing job.  The breakfast was attendance was over 200 people which meant the pancakes were flying off the grill.  The food was terrific, the boys did an amazing job serving and the morning was a big success.
