Pease ensure your player comes with:

• A Stick (no tape on the blade and perhaps an old shorter one if you have one)
• Helmet
• Hockey Gloves
• Indoor Running Shoes
• Their practice jersey 
• Optional: Soccer-style shin guards

Bring practice jerseys as well as red & black team shirts (or any black and red shirts if you can't find your  team one).
