Concussion Baseline Testing, Team Calendar, AA, U16 (Guelph Minor Hockey Association)

Hi everyone,

 

Before our practice on Thursday evening, the team will be completing concussion baseline testing at Shift Concussion.

 

• Half of the team will go from 8:00 – 8:30 PM

 

• The other half will go from 8:30 – 9:00 PM

 

Tomorrow, you’ll receive an email from Shift with a link to an online concussion module. This must be completed before your player’s in-person session and will take about 30 minutes to finish.

 

Shift will also confirm which players should arrive at 8:00 and which should arrive at 8:30.

 

If you haven’t received the email by tomorrow evening, please let me know so I can follow up.
