Minor Midget, 2015-2016, U9 (Guelph Minor Hockey Association)

On Friday, Oct.30th, the the team arrived in Ann Arbor, Michigan for a team building weekend and the opportunity to learn about the NCAA hockey program at the University of Michigan. Saturday morning started with an exhibition game at Yost Arena and then followed by a presentation from College Hockey Inc. for players, parents and coaches. After the presentation, everyone had a tour of the hockey complex but the highlight was when the players were able to go into the Wolverines players locker room. The team watched the Wolverines play Robert Morris at 3 PM in which the Wolverines lost 4-0. ...

Both teams had a great game while having lots of fun. The Minor Midget AAA team would like to wish Team Ontario Special Olympics Floor Hockey Team all the best next March in Newfoundland at the Nationals.

The Minor Midget AAA Guelph Jr Gryphons will be playing Team Ontario Special Olympics Floor Hockey Team this Sunday afternoon as part of Team Ontario's preparation for the National Games to be held in Newfoundland next March.
