Peewee Select Hold Strong with Another Win this Week, News, Peewee, 2019, U16 (Guelph Minor Hockey Association)

The Peewee Select Gryphons took on the Cambridge Hawks last night at Centennial arena.  Gryphons forward #6 James Thompson started the scoring early with just seven seconds into the first period. He went on to score a hat-trick on top of the ice breaker goal, Eilan Townsley put one on the board as well with assists from #8 Finn Coulson,#9 Winston Sutherland, #4 Jason Pearson and#66 Nathan Doig.   The Hawks put up a strong offensive effort but were no match for the Gryphon's defence and goaltender Lucas MacDonald who held the Hawks to just three goals for a 5-3 final. The Gryphon's are now 5-1.

Peewee Select are in the Halton Hills Thunder Memorial this weekend. Come out and support the team!
