It has been a long season with highs, lows, and memories that will last a lifetime. This week the team not only qualified for the OMHA Final Weekend (#REDHATS) but also received an inspiring update on Steven, their #1 Draft Pick.
Earlier this season, the team decided to once again partner with One4Another and sponsor a child in Uganda that requires some type of corrective surgery to help increase their independence later in life. Steven was their choice this year and during the season, the team received regular updates on how he was progressing with his Achilles tendon lengthening procedure.

Steven’s progress over the past 6 months has been a special part of a very special year for the team. The boys (and parent group) have been amazed by the One4Another team in Canada and in Uganda for their tireless efforts to improve the lives of children in need and would like to thank them for allowing the team to be part the #1 Draft Pick program.
