The PW AAA Gryphons headed out to Huntsville this past weekend and returned home as Bronze Medalists! All Players and families arrive safely thursday after detouring a closure on hwy 400 from a massive 96 car pile up, along with battling snow squalling weather. Upon arrival, players were issued their roommate assignments, plus, their weekend credential passes for the tournament. PEEWEE AAA's have qualified to participate at the Ontario Winter Games being hosted in Muskoka on Feb 27th to Mar 2nd.   The Ontario Games started in 1970 and is held every two years in even-numbered years.  These games consists of four days of competition and involves athletes 12 years up to 18 years.  There are 25+ events and on average, these games have 3,500 participants, including athletes, coaches and officials.   This is the largest multi-sport event in the province and provides young athletes with development and competitive opportunities.  These games are a celebration of youth ...
