Gryphons Drop Road Game
The Bantam Gryphons ran into a hot goaltender when they travelled to Milton to play the Halton Hurricanes. Although the Gryphons were the better team in terms of shots and scoring chances they were unable to find the back of the net in a 3-0 loss. The game was 1-0 from the middle of the first period until late in the third when the Hurricanes added an insurance marker and then an empty netter. Hayden Dunford stood tall in net keeping the Gryphons down a goal most of the game but they just couldn't get the break they needed.
The Gryphons will host the Oakville Rangers this Monday at West End and will be looking to get back in the win column!
