U15 Select Gryphons return home with another win
The U15 Select Gryphons visited the Cambridge Hawks on Tuesday evening for a much anticipated first matchup of the season against a historically tough team. Spurred on by a five game winning streak, the boys took a few shifts to find their feet, but once again, walked away with a win. Facing a rematch against the very competitive Kitchener Rangers on Saturday, Tuesday's 4-1 win will be in the rearview mirror as the team returns to focused, disciplined hockey.
Tuesday's game was an encouraging return to systems hockey after the squad got caught up in the incredible momentum to start the season. The mountain is big but we continue to climb and hold ourselves accountable for the season so far.
