Atom AE Take Game 3 of OMHA Round Robin
The Gryphon Atom AE's travelled to Ancaster on Monday evening to take on the Avalanceh in Game 3 of their OMHA Round Robin. Guelph skated home with a 10-1 victory to run their record to 3-0.
The Gryphons scored 4 goals in the first period to take an early 4-0 lead. Ancaster responded with the lone goal of the middle frame to make the score 4-1 after two. The Gryphons then poured on the pressure with six goals in the final frame to make the final 10-1.
The Gryphons will host the Woolwich Wildcats on Thursday in Game 4 of the qualifying round.
